11:20am - Employment Law: “Just how flexible do employers need to be?” Moorcroft’s Matt Jenkin will look at the Government’s proposals to revise flexible working requests, and consider whether these changes will deliver the desired effect. Matt will also look at other employment law developments including carers leave, new rules on employee tips, and the increases to the National Minimum Wage in 2022.
