2020 has seen the world of employment turned upside down for many HR and Finance professionals. Steve Herbert will take his (un)usual look at recent events, with one eye always fixed firmly on the future of the workplace and Employee Benefits provision. Subjects covered will be driven by topical news items, but may include pensions, group risk benefits, and the levelling-up of compensation packages.

Matt Jenkin will look at the fallout from the government’s Furlough scheme, including the new Coronavirus Job Retention Bonus.  Matt will also provide an update on other recent and important employment law developments that all businesses need to know about, including the possible return of employment tribunal fees, the outcome of the Morrisons data breach case, and the postponement of IR35.
