Benefits Design Research 2023

Adapting to external and internal

business change

We're delighted to announce that our 2023 research, in association with REBA, is now live! 12 Months after our initial 2022 research launched, we conducted a similar study to find out if these exact themes are still affecting HR decisions or if, in light of external pressures and recent challenges, our way of thinking has changed when it comes to benefits design.

Over 200 HR professionals gave their insights to the strategic themes influencing their decisions in 2023, including:

  • 64% of employers plan to increase or improve benefits funding
  • 79% believe pay inflation to have an impact on benefits strategy
  • 89% believe benefits design is effective at attracting employees
  • 56% will introduce new benefits technology in the next two years

Download today to explore the impact of internal and external pressures on benefits and wellbeing strategies and design over the past three years and looking ahead for the next two.

If you want to know more about the survey results or find out how you can create an effective employee benefits & wellbeing strategy for your organisation, please get in touch.
